The Store WPP is proud to announce the launch of the first ever WPP Artificial Intelligence powered chatbot; meet BrandZ™ RoZie. This is no ordinary chatbot, RoZie is super-smart and uses advanced technologies to be able to interact by text AND voice.

RoZie is here to answer all your questions about brands, brand value, client leaders and brand growth. You can ask questions about the most valuable global brands from the BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands 2017 and RoZie will be able to answer them for you in an instant by the use of Artificial Intelligence.

Unlike most chatbots which are either text based or voice based, RoZie can do both and is available as both a text based chatbot via this website or a voice based Alexa app /skill which you will be able to download.

RoZie is a work in progress and we will feature lots of exciting and big updates in the coming weeks which will be posted on this website so watch this space!

RoZie Text Chatbot FAQs

Chatbots are essentially smart robots that answer your questions. Chatbots mimic conversation with people using Artificial Intelligence.

The BrandZ RoZie chatbot is a text based online chatbot where you type in a question about BrandZ data/valuations and RoZie will reply with the answer.

How do I access it?

This chatbot sits on the brandz.com website, you can access it by clicking the RoZie icon at the top of the toolbar on any page.

Who can access it?

It is open for all users and is a publicly available tool.

What does it do / what can I ask it?

The text based chatbot will allow users to type in a question about the BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands 2017, for example, what the value of brands are, who the client leaders are and growth over time. Please see the Cheat Sheet page for some tips, hints and questions you can ask RoZie.

RoZie voice based chatbot FAQs

Alexa is an intelligent Personal Assistant developed by Amazon, made popular by the Amazon Echo and the Amazon Echo Dot devices. It is capable of voice interaction, music playback, making to-do lists, setting alarms, streaming podcasts, playing audiobooks, providing weather, traffic, and other real-time information, such as news.

The Store WPP have created a ‘skill’ also named RoZie which has the same capabilities as the chatbot version and you will be able to ask the same questions, just via voice!

Who can access it?

It is open for all users and is a publicly available tool.

What does it do / what can I ask it?

The voice based Amazon Alexa capable chatbot will allow users to verbally ask a question about the BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands 2017, for example, what the value of brands are, who the client leaders are and growth over time. How do I access it?

  1. You will need an Amazon Echo/Dot device to be able to download RoZie which needs to be connected to WiFi, click here on instructions on how to set-up your Amazon device.
  2. Once your Amazon Echo/Dot is connected to WiFi, you will need to download the Amazon Alexa app on you iPhone or Android.
  3. Once in the Amazon Alexa app, click on skills and search for ‘BrandZRoZie’, click on the icon and enable the skill.
  4. Once the skill is enabled, wake RoZie up by saying the phrase “Alexa, launch BrandZ RoZie”, after that, please see the Cheat Sheet for a list of questions you can ask RoZie.

RoZie Cheat Sheet

A cheat sheet of questions for both the text and voice based chatbots can be found below. For the text based chatbot, please start from the initial RoZie prompt below i.e. Hello, I am BrandZ Rozie, thanks for your interest; can I ask your name?:

RoZie voice based chatbot opening command only:

User: Alexa, launch BrandZ RoZie.

From now onwards, the text and voice chatbot can be asked the same prompts:

RoZie: Hello, I am BrandZ RoZie, thanks for your interest; can I ask your name?

User: *David* or My name is *David*. (RoZie assumes the last word of the phrase is your name. 'No', will apologise for asking and continue.)

RoZie: Nice to meet you, David. Would you like to talk about this year’s Global BrandZ Top 100 brands?

User: Yes ('No', will politely exit).

RoZie: That’s great, where would you like to start, maybe look at a particular brand?

User: Google, or, let’s look at Google.

RoZie: Great choice, would you like to see further information about how Google performed in this year’s BrandZ Top 100?

User: Yes ('No', will further prompt for a brand to start).

RoZie: *Speaks the brand summary if voice based RoZie, or shows brand summary if text based RoZie*

User: At this point in the conversation, please go ahead and ask any direct questions you choose from the list below. Some questions will have a direct answer, while others have subsequent questions where RoZie is qualifying your intent. The list of direct questions will be constantly growing.
